Radio Tarana was set up in 1996 by Robert Khan, located in Auckland, New Zealand.
Radio Tarana is broadcasting to Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and surrounding areas.
Radio Terana was the first commercial full-time New Zealand radio station for migrant communities, and it now targets a broad range of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Fijian migrants around New Zealand. People can listen to Radio Terana live on AM 1386.
Radio Tarana also streams live on the internet, airing mainly news, talk, music, society, culture programs in Hindi.
